Jonathon Dooley

Gigging professionally in Sydney for the last decade. Career highlight include performances at the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Entertainment Centre and Wangaratta Jazz Festival. He has also played with some of the biggest names in Australian jazz (including James Morrison and Alister Spence). Jonathon was a member of the resident jazz house band at the Park Hyatt Hotel in the Rocks for over two years and regularly performs in bands at corporate functions, Christmas parties and weddings.  He is experienced in playing jazz, latin and funk, and is adaptable over a variety of combinations ranging from solo performances right through to driving a roaring 19-piece big band.

Joining Slewfoot in early 2008, Jonathon brings a fresh funk to the foot's groove.
